We ship worldwide with free shipping on all orders of €250 or more. Below this amount, a €15 fee applies depending on the destination and parcel weight.

Delivery times are as follows :

- Metropolitan France : Delivery within 24 hours after dispatch via Chrono 18 from Chronopost. This service guarantees delivery the day after dispatch ( excluding Sundays and public holidays ). 

- Europe : Delivery between 48 and 72 hours after dispatch.

Please note that any order with a total amount exceeding €250 will benefit from free shipping, provided by our transport partner DHL. Real-time tracking is available online, and parcels are delivered against signature for full traceability. In case of absence, a new delivery attempt will be made or an appointment may be scheduled. If the parcel is not collected after two attempts, it will be stored at a Chronopost pickup point for 7 calendar days.

We do our best to avoid delays, but cannot be help responsible in the event of any issue. Please notify us within three days of receipt in case of delay, damage, or loss of the parcel.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Procedure

To return an item, please send us an email at serviceclient@maisonhandy.com within 14 days of receipt. You will then receive a return slip along with detailed instructions for returning your item. We do everything possible to simplify the return process.

Return conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with their original tags and packaging. Products without a security tag cannot be returned. Please note that missing packaging may result in a €15 fee. We thank you for respecting these conditions to ensure a smooth return process.

Refunds and Store Credit

Refunds will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method. You may also choose store credit valid for 6 months, usable on our website or in-store. We are committed to processing refunds and store credit quickly for your satisfaction.

Exchanges
For a size exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are possible depending on availability and return conditions. We strive to offer you the best possible experience.
