We deliver worldwide with free shipping on orders of €250 or more. Below this amount, a €10 charge applies, depending on the destination and weight of the parcel.
Please note that all deliveries can be made to the customer's home or workplace, after registering the address when placing the order.
- Metropolitan France: Delivery within 24 hours of dispatch via Chrono 18 from Chronopost. This service guarantees delivery the day after dispatch (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Europe: Delivery between 48 and 72 hours after dispatch.
Please note that all orders over €250 will be delivered free of charge by our transport partner DHL.
Real-time tracking is available online, and parcels are delivered against signature for complete traceability. In the event of absence, a new attempt will be made or an appointment can be made. If the parcel is not collected after two attempts, it will be left at a Chronopost collection point for 7 calendar days.
We do our best to avoid delays, but cannot be held responsible in the event of a problem. Please inform us within three days of receipt in the event of delay, damage or loss of parcel.
