We deliver worldwide with free shipping on orders over €250. Below this amount, a €10 shipping fee applies, depending on the destination and the weight of the parcel.
Please note that deliveries can be made either to the customer’s home or workplace address, provided the address is entered when placing the order.
Metropolitan France: Delivery within 24 hours after dispatch via Chrono 18 by Chronopost. This service guarantees next-day delivery after shipment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Europe: Delivery within 48 to 72 hours after dispatch.
Please note that all orders over €250 are shipped free of charge with our transport partner DHL.
Real-time tracking is available online, and all parcels are delivered against signature to ensure full traceability. In case of absence, another delivery attempt will be made or an appointment can be scheduled. If the parcel is not collected after two delivery attempts, it will be held at a Chronopost collection point for 7 calendar days.
